My parents both died in a fire when I was sixteen. Ever since then, I've been terrified of fire. I don't even like to date Afreets, even though my mom was one.

That's not love. That's terrible and you wouldn't want them staying around if that's how they'd treat you.

That doesn't mean you aren't worthy of love, or won't find it.
