Dec. 6th, 2008 10:42 pmTrinity grins devilishly. "Well, darlin'...." she drawls, tracing her finger up the boy's face. He trembles under her touch.
"I love you, Trin," he says.
"Aw, that's awful sweet of you to say!" she giggles. "I love you too!" His eyes go wide with surprise and yes, there's more than a spark of hope in there.
"Do... do you really?"
She seems to think about it for one full, painful minute before grinning. "Nope!" she says. "I just love your face." And the poor boy doesn't even have enough time to say 'my face?' before she's turned into a giant three headed god.
Mmm, faces.
